At a time of bereavement it is so useful to have contact with someone who understands and empathises with your requirements. All the staff at J.H.Way were in that category. From the very first contact to the closing off they have been helpful and considerate. We cannot recommend then highly enough.
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have engaged this firm to arrange and conduct my mothers funeral and I cannot speak too highly of every aspect of the service they provided. Lyndsay, our arranger, was the consummate professional throughout the whole process and from the very first she and her colleagues were immensely comforting and empathetic whilst keenly focussed on paying attention to every detail to help us to plan a service that was right for us. She gave excellent and very objective advice based on her experience and her excellent relationships with the church and cemetery officials and then carefully ensured that our plans were delivered precisely as we wished. On the day she placed us in the very capable hands of Marie who orchestrated events in a very effective but friendly manner; she and all her colleagues were impeccably attired and at every juncture they conducted themselves in the most dignified, thoughtful, respectful and well choreographed manner. Every member of this firm with whom we had contact clearly took great pride in their work and they provided us with a simply lovely service to mourn and celebrate the life of a much loved parent.
The level of service received from J H Way, and Lyndsay in particular could not be faulted, from the moment Dad came into their care we knew he would be treated with the respect he deserved. The level of compassion received eased some of the pain at this difficult time and Lyndsay couldn't have been more helpful, guiding us through the arrangements for a fitting service whilst sharing our tears and laughter as we reminisced over Dads life.Deepest thanks from us all.
