Such a nice Bed & Breakfast. Christine and Ian are very friendly hosts. Our room was very nice with comfortable beds and a nice spacious bathroom and many nice amenities like umbrella, adpater etc. The breakfast was also great, freshly made and very tasty with many options to choose from. The location is perfect for Devon, quite, but close to the next town and also close enough for trips to Dartmoor as well as to the towns on the coast. We really enjoyed our stay.
The best B&B for miles. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Amazing breakfasts and lovely owners. Christine makes the most amazing jams and marmalades. Staying here is like being home from home. I wouldn't want to stay anyware else.Thanks Ian and Christine for a lovely stay.

So glad we choose the beeches b&b in dawlish after reading great reviews .A warm and friendly welcome from Christine and Ian (refreshments and homemade cakes on arrival )great hosts through out our stay.An excellent b&b in a great location close to the beach, town ,railway , very clean with high standards through out .stayed in cabin view suite so spacious , very clean, large bedroom (comfy bed) lots of storage ,lovely bathroom (great shower) extra sitting room and kitchenette a real home from home. Breakfast lovely all you need to start the day and more, the homemade extras jams, cereals, biscuits, so tasty. We will definitely be returning Thank you Christine and Ian for a lovely stay .
A very relaxing place to stay, Ian & Chris were extremely welcoming, we wanted for nothing and they thought of the smallest detail, our room was gorgeous even the cups matched the wallpaper! Beautiful house and garden, which we spent a hot sunny Saturday afternoon just chillin, cannot recommend it more highly superb place to unwind and relax
