We visited this shambles of a takeaway this evening (10/01/19.) to the naked eye the hygiene levels seemed very satisfactory; however on plating my takeaway up we discovered black hair in our chow mein. The gentleman serving was wearing a hat but the female wasnt, but we thought that she was just a server. She was, however, also prepping the food, so my question is, why wasnt she wearing a hat?on discovery of the hair, I rang the takeaway, and the lady was very pleasant offering a full refund and an apology, when I entered the outlet l, the gentleman was very confrontational with me over the fact that I found a hair and initially refused my refund, after a heated discussion, the lady refunded me the full amount and then banned me from using their facilities which I will lose no sleep over apart from when I awake from a recurring nightmate of finding another hair in my food,

Price is quite expensive but then you would expect that being the only chinese. Food quality is very good. Unfortunately they makes there sauces a little too thin for my liking such as the sweet and sour sauce and the curry sauce. This is a cash only business like most other small shops around here.
Very friendly staff and brilliant being able to watch them cook right in front of you. Taste can be a little bland sometimes. I had ordered twice within a week here and both times had the beef in black bean and green peppers. First time I had it it was great. The second, seemed a little too watery. Price can be a little steep too but overall I would recommend trying it
