We have been with Bay Vets since we got our dog at 14wks old. She is now nearly 4yrs. She was poorly at the beginning and I felt we were in for an expensive ride. I felt they cared for her really well and didn't do unnecessary tests so the costs did not rocket. I am pleased to say that she fully recovered and I have no hesitation in taking her in whenever I need to.

I left a message for them to attend my friends cat as she was distressed and they returned the call quickly and a visit was made within the hour. Compassionate and fair. Reasonably priced too.
